Abstract
Edukasi Digital Muhammadiyah (eduMU) merupakan sistem informasi manajemen akademik berbasis web dan mobile yang terintegrasi dengan semua pihak sekolah. Dalam pengembangan eduMU belum sepenuhnya sempurna masih sering mengalami permasalahan dalam penggunaannya, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi kepuasan eduMU. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan adalah integrasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), dengan tujuh variabel yaitu perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, accuracy, content, format, timeliness, dan system speed. Sebanyak 51 responden yang terdiri dari pendidik dan tenaga pendidik SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang yang mengisi kuesioner melalui Google Form. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, faktor-faktor yang signifikan dalam mempengaruhi user satisfaction terhadap penggunaan eduMU adalah perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, format, timeliness, dan system speed, sedangkan accuracy dan content tidak berpengaruh user satisfaction, dilihat dari nilai t-statistic dan p-value. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran nilai variabel menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna memiliki nilai rata-rata 85,94 berdasarkan aspek penilaian dari variabel perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, accuracy, content, format, timeliness, system speed, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai kepuasan pengguna eduMu berada pada kategori sangat puas.

Digital Education Muhammadiyah (eduMU) is a web and mobile based academic management information system integrated with all school stakeholders. In its development, eduMU is not yet perfect and often encounters issues, necessitating an evaluation of user satisfaction. The method used to measure satisfaction integrates the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), with seven variables: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, accuracy, content, format, timeliness, and system speed. Fifty-one respondents, consisting of educators and staff from SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang, filled out a questionnaire via Google Forms. The analysis results show that the significant factors influencing user satisfaction with eduMU are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, format, timeliness, and system speed, while accuracy and content do not affect user satisfaction, based on t-statistic and p-value. Based on the measurement results, the average user satisfaction score is 85.94, indicating that user satisfaction with eduMU falls into the "very satisfied" category
