Abstract

The title of this research is “User Interface Design Evaluation Based on User Experience on iJateng Applications”. The purpose of this research is to evaluate iJateng user interface design according to 10 indicators which are taken from Zamri and Nasser’s theory (2015) consists of Connectivity, Simplicity, Directional, Informative, Interactivity, User friendliness, Comprehensiveness, Continuity, Personalization, and Internal. The research design used in this study is quantitative with descriptive research types. The research subject is iJateng users. The sampling technique used in this study is a random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires along with Likert scale measurement tools and documentation. The number of samples is 258 respondents from 5329 populations. The results of the study is described in the form of frequency and percentage tables which further analyzed in the form of interpretations with sentences containing conclusions of the study. Based on the results of the evaluation of the highest average score found on the Comprehensiveness indicator with an average score of 4.1 while the average score with the lowest score is in the Informative and Interactivity with a score of 3.2. The overall results of the evaluation of the user interface design based on user experience on the iJateng application are with an average score of 3.5 in the Enough category which can be concluded that the evaluation of the user interface design based on the user experience in the iJateng application is quite good.
Penelitian ini berjudul “Evaluasi Desain User Interface Berdasarkan User Experience Pada Aplikasi iJateng”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi desain user interface iJateng berdasarkan 10 indikator yang diambil dari teori Zamri dan Nasser (2015), terdiri dari Connectivity, Simplicity, Directional, Informative, Interactivity, User friendliness, Comprehensiveness, Continuity, Personalization, Internal. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Dengan subjek penelitian adalah pengguna iJateng. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner beserta alat ukur jawaban dengan skala Likert dan dokumentasi. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan adalah 258 responden. Dari hasil penelitian, dijabarkan dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi dan persentase kemudian dianalisis dalam bentuk penafsiran dengan kalimat yang mengandung simpulan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi skor rata-rata tertinggi terdapat pada indikator Comprehensiveness dengan skor rata-rata 4,1 sedangkan untuk skor rata-rata dengan nilai terendah terdapat pada Informative dan Interactivity dengan skor 3,2. Hasil akhir keseluruhan evaluasi desain user interface berdasarkan user experience pada aplikasi iJateng yaitu dengan skor rata-rata 3,5 dengan kategori Cukup yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil evaluasi desain user interface berdasarkan user experience pada aplikasi iJateng terbilang cukup baik.
