Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis SWOT Manajemen Penyusutan Arsip Inaktif Di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Tengah”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis SWOT penyusutan arsip inaktif di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan observasi dan wawancara semi tersetruktur. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik Thematic Analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dua tema yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Tema pertama dari hasil analisis penelitian ini yaitu proses penyusutan arsip inaktif di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tema kedua yaitu identifikasi SWOT penyusutan arsip inaktif. This research is entitled "SWOT Analysis of Inactive Archives Depreciation Management at Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Tengah".
The purpose of this study was to determine the SWOT analysis of the depreciation of inactive archives at Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Tengah. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive research type. The data collection technique used was observation and semi-structured interviews. The collected data were then analyzed using Thematic Analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show two themes related to the research topic. The first theme of the results of the analysis of this research is the process of shrinking inactive archives at the office
of Communication and Informatics, Central Java Province. The second theme is SWOTidentification of inactive archive shrinkage.
