Abstract

Rencana program dan kegiatan tahunan memudahkan untuk mengetahui pencapaian target kinerja universitas yang mengarah ke sistem penganggaran untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan. Penggunaan teknologi di era modern menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi masalah mutu layanan sistem dalam mencapai visi dan misi lembaga pendidikan. Metode Importance Performance Analysis dan PIECES framework dipilih dalam penelitian ini karena kedua metode mampu mengklasifikasikan masalah, peluang dan arah sistem informasi. PIECES framework sebagai kriteria kuesioner dalam menanggapi pengguna dan metode Importance Performance
Analysis sebagai hasil pemrosesan data kuesioner dari 112 responden dalam bentuk Kuadran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi adalah tingkat kepuasan dan pentingnya sistem informasi. Hasil perhitungan metode Importance Performance Analysis menunjukkan bahwa rata -rata kepuasan pengguna dan tingkat kepentingan dengan kualitas sistem informasi 93,63%. Meskipun ada sedikit kekurangan yang perlu ditingkatkan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi rencana program dan kegiatan tahunan seperti kualitas sistem, informasi yang akurat, estimasi biaya membangun sistem, keamanan sistem dan interaksi layanan.

The annual program and activity plan makes it easy to find out the achievement of university performance targets that lead to the budgeting system for the implementation of activities. The use of technology in modern era is a solution to overcome the quality of service system problems in achieving the university goals. The importance of performances analysis method and PIECES framework were chosen in this study because both of method were able to classify the insitution problems, opportunities and information system goals. PIECES framework as aquestionnaire criteria to responding the users and the Importance Performance Analysis method as a result of questionnaire data from 112 respondents in the form of quadrants. The aim of the research to evaluate information systems is a user satisfaction and importance of information systems. The calculation results with importance of performances analysis method shows that the user's satisfaction averages and the importance of information system quality is 93.63%. However, there are a few deficiencies that need to be improved in the development of information systems, program plans and annual activities such as system quality, accurate informations, estimated cost of building the system, security systems and interaction services.
