Abstract
This study aims to identify, evaluate, and design improvements to the business processes
of the integrated Excel-based Outcome based education (OBE) information system in theIndustrial Engineering Study Program. The identification results revealed several weaknesses in the current business process, including a lack of flexibility, assessment
processes that do not yet consider performance indicators and graduate profiles, a system that is heavy and difficult to access, indirect CPL assessments that do not align with established standards, and suboptimal implementation of the PDCA cycle and OBE principles.
