Abstract
Intention to stay dari karyawan generasi z di bidang konstruksi menjadi perhatian
karena keinginan untuk berkembang secara pribadi menjadikan mereka untuk terus
mencari peluang kerja yang lebih baik dan ingin meninggalkan perusahaan. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis pengaruh human resource management
practice meliputi recruitment and selection, training and development, career
development, reward and recognition, serta performance appraisal terhadap
intention to stay. Penelitian kuantitaif ini dilakukan terhadap 140 karyawan generasi
z bidang konstruksi di DKI Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data dilakukan
menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS
4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa recruitment and selection, career
development, reward and recognition, serta performance appraisal berpengaruh
positif signifikan terhadap intention to stay, sehingga hipotesis 1, 3, 4, dan 5
terdukung. Sementara itu, hipotesis 2 terkait training and development tidak
terdukung.
