Abstract
This study examines the influence of transaction convenience and perceived ease
of use using Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) on customer
satisfaction, with security as an intervening variable. Transaction convenience and
perceived ease of use are important factors that affect how customers interact with
digital payment systems, while security plays a critical role in building trust and
confidence in using QRIS. This research is based on theories related to technology
acceptance, customer satisfaction, and information security. The study employs a
quantitative approach with primary data collected from customers of Jatinangor
House Semarang and secondary data from relevant literature. Data analysis was
conducted using SmartPLS to test the relationships between the variables. The
findings of this research are expected to provide theoretical contributions by
enhancing the understanding of digital payment adoption and customer satisfaction,
as well as practical contributions for businesses in improving QRIS implementation
strategies to increase customer satisfaction. This study is limited by time constraints
in data collection and analysis, which may limit the scope of the variables
examined.
