Abstract
SEINLAB (Student Safety in Nursing Laboratory) is an innovative web-based learning media developed to address the challenge of low compliance among nursing students with hand hygiene practices in laboratory settings. This platform is designed as an interactive, flexible, and accessible digital education tool that features standardized video content and a booklet aligned with WHO guidelines. The project involved content development, expert validation, and the distribution of the website to students. The SEINLAB intervention comprised four stages: pretest, website introduction, post-test, and evaluation. The primary instrument used to support this project was a WHO-developed questionnaire, modified to suit the context of the nursing laboratory. Results indicated a positive response among students toward the SEINLAB platform. The website socialization was wellreceived, and approximately half of the participants accessed SEINLAB after the session. In conclusion, SEINLAB demonstrates strong potential as an educational tool for promoting a culture of safety among nursing students. This project is considered a feasible and valuable digital learning resource for the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University.
