Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia bertujuan mencapai target bauran energi terbarukan sebesar 23% pada tahun 2025, komitmen ini tercantum dalam dokumen National Determined Contribution (NDC) yang terakhir diperbaharui pada 2021 silam. Potensi pengembangan energi surya di Indonesia cukup besar sebesar 4,8 Kw h/m2, Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, PLTU PT. Puncakjaya Power ingin memberikan sumbangsi tersebut dalam penghematan energi dengan pemanfaatan tenaga matahari yang ramah lingkungan untuk penerangan di PLTU PT. Puncakjaya Power. Ini juga merupakan salah satu solusi dalam mendapatkan penerangan yang optimal pada saat terjadi mati lampu total/black out. Pada penelitian ini dengan pengambilan data daya lampu penerangan secara langsung didapatkan konsumsi beban listrik untuk penerangan saat ini 161,72 KWh. Untuk pemanfaatan PLTS dengan menggunakan simulasi PV syst didapatkan Pada lokasi penelitian menunjukkan nilai radiasi matahari rata-rata harian adalah 4.88 kWh/m2 paling rendah karena dibulan juni dan tertinggi dibulan maret, PLTS on-grid sebesar 71,2 KWh dan Off-Grid 8,3 KWh, tingkat efisiensi panel surya pada kondisi standar tes (STC) sebesar 20,43 % dan kerugian temperatur yang mencapai 6,58 %. Dalam analisa keekonomian Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio (1,3 -1,5), dan Payback Period (9,09- 10,65) di dapat kesimpulan bahwa PLTS ongrid layak, sedangkan untuk Off-Grid tidak layak tetapi dalam sisi operasional dan pengaruh pada lingkungan sangat membantu dan dibutuhkan di PLTU PT. Puncakjaya Power.

The Indonesian government aims to achieve a renewable energy mix target of 23% by 2025, this commitment is stated in the National Determined Contribution (NDC) document which was last updated in 2021. The potential for solar energy development in Indonesia is quite large at 4.8 Kw h/m2. In this regard, the PT. Puncakjaya Power PLTU wants to contribute to energy savings by utilizing environmentally friendly solar energy for lighting at the PT. Puncakjaya Power PLTU. This is also one of the solutions in obtaining optimal lighting during a total blackout. In this study, by directly collecting data on lighting power, the current electricity load consumption for lighting is 161.72 KWh. For the utilization of PLTS using PV syst simulation, it was obtained at the research location that the average daily solar radiation value was 4.88 kWh/m2, the lowest in June and the highest in March, on-grid PLTS was 71.2 KWh and Off-Grid 8.3 KWh, the level of solar panel efficiency at standard test conditions (STC) was 20.43% and temperature losses reached 6.58%. In the economic analysis of Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio (1.3 -1.5), and Payback Period (9.09-10.65), it was concluded that on-grid PLTS was feasible, while Off-Grid was not feasible but in terms of operations and environmental impacts it was very helpful and needed at PT. Puncakjaya Power PLTU.
