Abstract

Dompet elektronik (e-wallet) adalah aplikasi yang memungkinkan pengguna melakukan transaksi secara elektronik dengan menyimpan uang di server. Peningkatan penggunaan e-wallet berdampak pada kenaikan jumlah transaksi dan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat masyarakat Kota Semarang dalam terus menggunakan aplikasi e-wallet, sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan aplikasi tersebut. Studi kuantitatif ini menggabungkan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Task-Technology Fit (TTF) menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert berbasis Google Form dari masyarakat Kota Semarang yang menggunakan e-wallet. Hasil pengujian outer model, inner model, dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik tugas, karakteristik teknologi, kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi, serta kegunaan yang dirasakan pengguna secara signifikan mempengaruhi minat untuk menggunakan kembali e-wallet. Namun, kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat untuk menggunakan kembali e-wallet. Penelitian ini memiliki nilai relevansi prediktif yang tinggi, menegaskan bahwa kombinasi model TAM dan TTF efektif untuk menganalisis minat berkelanjutan dalam penggunaan e-wallet.

An electronic wallet (e-wallet) is an application that allows users to conduct electronic transactions by storing money on a server. The increasing use of e-wallets has led to a rise in the number of transactions and users. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest of the people of Semarang City in continuing to use e-wallet applications, thereby contributing to the development of these applications. This quantitative study combines the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Task-Technology Fit (TTF) models using the PLS-SEM method and SmartPLS software. Data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire based on Google Forms from the people of Semarang City who use e-wallets. The results of the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing show that task characteristics, technology characteristics, task-technology fit, and perceived usefulness significantly influence the continuous intention in using e-wallet applications. However, perceived ease of use does not significantly affect the intention to reuse e-wallets. This study has high predictive relevance, confirming that the combination of TAM and TTF models is effective for analyzing the continuing intention in using e-wallet applications.
