Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan kecemasan mengajar pada mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Negeri Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif PGSD Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2020 yang diambil dengan teknik convenience sampling. Tingkat self-efficacy diukur dengan skala self-efficacy yang disusun peneliti berdasarkan dimensi self-efficacy menurut Bandura (1997) dengan reliabilitas α=0.917. Adapun tingkat kecemasan mengajar diukur dengan skala kecemasan yang disusun peneliti berdasarkan dimensi yang dikemukakan oleh Rogers (2008) dengan reliabilitas α=0.909. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan hasil koefisien korelasi R sebesar -0.635 dengan signifikasi p<0.001 dan sumbangan efektif 40,3% melalui R2= 0,403. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan kecemasan mengajar pada mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Negeri Semarang sehingga hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima.

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and teaching anxiety in PGSD students at Semarang State University. The population in this study were active PGSD students of Semarang State University class of 2020 who were taken with convenience sampling technique. The level of self-efficacy was measured by a self-efficacy scale prepared by the researcher based on the dimensions of self-efficacy according to Bandura (1997) with a reliability of α = 0.917. The level of teaching anxiety was measured by an anxiety scale prepared by the researcher based on the dimensions proposed by Rogers (2008) with a reliability of α = 0.909. Hypothesis testing was carried out with simple regression analysis techniques showing the results of the correlation coefficient R of -0.635 with a significance of p < 0.001 and an effective contribution of 40.3% through R2 = 0.403. This can be interpreted that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and teaching anxiety in PGSD students at Semarang State University so that the research hypothesis can be accepted.
