Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan isu kesehatan masyarakat yang sangat penting karena mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala terkait dengan hal ini seperti akses terhadap layanan konsultasi yang sulit dan terbatas, stigma dari masyarakat, dan biaya yang mahal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi konsultasi kesehatan mental berupa chatbot menggunakan pengolahan bahasa alami berbasis sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining untuk membantu mengedukasi dan mendiagnosis masalah kesehatan mental berupa depresi, kecemasan, dan stres. Sistem informasi konsultasi kesehatan mental juga menjadi strategi yang menjanjikan untuk meningkatkan akses layanan konsultasi dan mengurangi kesenjangan antara penawaran dan permintaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode agile development model extreme programming dengan menerapkan empat tahapan planning, design, coding, dan testing. Pertanyaan yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosis kesehatan mental pada aplikasi telah memenuhi standar pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, dengan hasil validitas nilai r-hitung > r-tabelnya (0,286) dan hasil koefisien reliabilitasnya 0,944 > 0,6. Penerapan sistem informasi konsultasi kesehatan mental memperoleh hasil pengujian akurasi sebesar 90% dari 20 data uji. Hasil diagnosis aplikasi dibandingkan terhadap diagnosis pakar. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan nilai akurasi yang tinggi dan dapat menjadi acuan sebagai pengambilan keputusan.

Mental health is a significant public health issue, affecting many aspects of daily life. However, there are several obstacles related to this, such as difficulty and limited access to consultation services, stigma from the community, and high costs. Therefore, this research aims to develop a mental health consultation information system in the form of a chatbot using natural language processing based on an expert system with a forward chaining method to help educate and diagnose mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, and stress. Mental health consultation information systems are also a promising strategy to increase access to consultation services and reduce the gap between supply and demand. This research uses the agile development method extreme programming model by applying the four stages of planning, design, coding, and testing. The questions used to diagnose mental health in the application have met the validity and reliability testing standards, with the validity results of the r-count value> r-table (0,286) and the reliability coefficient result of 0,944> 0,6. The mental health consultation information system application obtained 90% accuracy in test results from 20 test data. The results of the application diagnosis were compared to the expert diagnosis. These results show a high accuracy value and can be used as a reference for decision-making.
