Abstract

Setiap organisasi pemerintah maupun swasta memiliki aset yang terdiri dari benda bersifat bergerak atau tidak bergerak, baik yang berwujud maupun tidak berwujud. Dalam perkembangannya, aset-aset yang dimiliki UNDIP semakin banyak dan beragam sehingga dibutuhkan SIMAKBMU untuk mempermudah pengelolaan aset organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Dalam mengembangkan SIMAKBMU, UNDIP perlu melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui kekurangan atau kelemahan pada SIMAKBMU dan selanjutnya dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap pengembangan SIMAKBMU kedepannya. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah HOT-Fit untuk menjelaskan hubungan yang mungkin terjadi antara konstruk teknologi, konstruk manusia, konstruk organisasi dan konstruk keuntungan serta PLS-SEM untuk mengukur nilai signifikansi hubungan antar konstruk pada metode HOT-Fit dan nilai tingkat penerimaan sebagai hasil evaluasi SIMAKBMU. Terdapat 20 hipotesis yang diuji pada penelitian ini dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian google form dan wawancara kepada pengguna langsung SIMAKBMU yaitu 18 pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 6 hipotesis yang signifikan sedangkan 14 hipotesis tidak signifikan. Pengembangan SIMAKBMU selanjutnya untuk memperhatikan kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan karena nilai signifikansi terhadap kepuasan pengguna masih rendah karena tidak memenuhi syarat uji t-statistics dan p-value. Sedangkan tingkat penerimaan SIMAKBMU sebesar 4,09 atau 81,8% didapat dari nilai maturity level sistem secara keseluruhan sehingga tingkat penerimaan berapa pada level 4 atau dinilai berhasil.

Every government or private organization has assets consisting of movable or immovable objects, both tangible and intangible. In its development, the assets owned by UNDIP are more and more diverse, so SIMAKBMU is needed to facilitate the management of organizational assets effectively and efficiently. In developing SIMAKBMU, UNDIP needs to conduct an evaluation to find out the shortcomings or weaknesses in SIMAKBMU and can then be taken into consideration for stakeholders in making decisions on the development of SIMAKBMU in the future. The evaluation method used in this study is HOT-Fit to explain the possible relationship between technology constructs, human constructs, organizational constructs and profit constructs and PLS-SEM to measure the significance value of the relationship between constructs in the HOT-Fit method and the value of the level of acceptance as SIMAKBMU evaluation results. There are 20 hypotheses tested in this study where data collection was carried out through filling out google forms and interviews with direct users of SIMAKBMU, namely 18 employees. The results showed that there were 6 significant hypotheses while 14 hypotheses were not significant. The further development of SIMAKBMU is to pay attention to the quality of information and service quality because the significance value on user satisfaction is still low because it does not meet the requirements of the t-statistics and p-value tests. While the SIMAKBMU acceptance rate of 4.09 or 81.8% is obtained from the maturity level value of the system as a whole so that the acceptance rate is at level 4 or is considered successful.
