Abstract

ABSTRAK
Pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk serta perubahan pola konsumsi
masyarakat menimbulkan masalah penanganan timbulan sampah. Timbulan
Kapasitas TPST
sebesar 100 ton/hari memiliki luas total area sebesar 3.682,5 m2
atau 0,36 ha.
TPST juga dilengkapi fasilitas penunjang seperti area kantor, mushola, ruang
istirahat pekerja, parkir alat berat, dll. Total biaya konstruksi pembangunan serta
kebutuhan peralatan TPST sebesar Rp 10.691.075.160.
meningkat setiap tahunnya.

ABSTRACT
Rapid population growth and changes in people's consumption patterns have led
to problems in handling waste generation. Waste generation in Jepara Regency in
2023 reached 154.571 tons/year with the amount of waste landfilled in the landfill
reaching 61.050 tons/year. The TPST planning aims to reduce waste generation in
TPA Bandengan by processing waste into RDF products. The process of
processing waste into RDF includes sorting, shredding, and drying. The drying
method used is mechanical with rotary dryer machine (organic) and centris
machine (inorganic). The TPST capacity of 100 tons/day has a total area of
3.682,5 m2 or 0,36 ha. TPST is also equipped with supporting facilities such as
office area, prayer room, workers' rest room, heavy equipment parking, etc. The
total construction cost of development and equipment needs of the TPST
amounted to Rp 10.691.075.160. The required operational and maintenance costs
amounted to Rp 1.801.637.925/year which can increase every year.
