Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadi salah satu bentuk penting dalam sebuah institusi akademik. Pengembangan SIA UPGRIS sebelumnya belum memberikan hasil maksimal karena ada beberapa bagian website yang belum terintegrasi pada website lainya. Selain itu, Evaluasi sebelumnya hanya menilai kepuasan pengguna menggunakan 3 variabel model WebQual 4.0 dengan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan evaluasi menggunakan model dan metode analisis lainya. Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) disarankan sebagai model terbaik karena mengintegrasikan beberapa teori pada penelitian penerimaan Teknologi Informasi. Metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dapat digunakan untuk analisis data dengan aplikasi berbasis R Shiny sebagai alternatif selain aplikasi konvensional seperti SmartPLS. Aplikasi berbasis R Shiny dapat menampilkan hasil analisis PLS-SEM dalam satu laporan serta dapat dikembangkan dan digunakan secara gratis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan model UTAUT2 dan analisis PLS-SEM dengan aplikasi R Shiny untuk evaluasi penerimaan Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas PGRI Semarang. Penelitian menggunakan 102 sampel data kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi analisis PLS-SEM berbasis R-Shiny yang bernama SEMRS. Hasil integrasi model UTAUT2 dan analisis PLS-SEM memberikan hasil evaluasi lebih dalam dibanding evaluasi SIA UPGRIS yang dilakukan sebelumnya. Faktor Ekspektasi Kinerja dan Upaya, Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi, Motivasi Hedonis, Kebiasaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Niat dan Perilaku Pengguna SIA UPGRIS karena memiliki nilai Original Sample diatas nol dan T-statistic diatas 1,96 sedangkan Pengaruh Sosial tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada Niat dan Perilaku Pengguna SIA UPGRIS karena memiliki nilai T-statistic dibawah 1,96. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan yaitu diperlukan sosialisasi lebih lanjut terkait penggunaan SIA UPGRIS kepada mahasiswa dan pengembang dapat mempertahankan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan pada Niat dan Perilaku Pengguna SIA UPGRIS.

The application of information and communication technology has become an important form in an academic institution. The previous development of SIA UPGRIS has not provided maximum results because there are several parts of the website that have not been integrated into other websites. In addition, the previous evaluation only assessed user satisfaction using the 3 variable WebQual 4.0 model with Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Therefore, evaluation is needed using models and other analytical methods. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model is suggested as the best model because it integrates several theories in Information Technology acceptance research. The Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method can be used to analyze data with R Shiny-based applications as an alternative to conventional applications such as SmartPLS. The R Shiny based application can display PLS-SEM analysis results in one report and can be developed and used for free. This research aims to integrate the UTAUT2 model and PLS-SEM analysis with the R Shiny application for evaluating the Academic Information System at PGRI University Semarang. The research used 102 samples of questionnaire data which were analyzed using the R-Shiny based PLS-SEM analysis application called SEMRS. The results of the integration of the UTAUT2 model and PLS-SEM analysis provide deeper evaluation results compared to the SIA UPGRIS evaluation carried out previously. Performance Expectation and Effort Factors, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Habits have a positive and significant influence on the Intentions and Behavior of SIA UPGRIS Users because they have Original Sample values above zero and T-statistics above 1.96 while Social Influence does not have a significant influence on Intentions and SIA UPGRIS User Behavior because it has a T-statistic value below 1.96. The resulting recommendation is the need for further socialization regarding the use of SIA UPGRIS to students and developers to maintain the factors that have a significant influence on the intentions and behavior of SIA UPGRIS users.
