Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Critical Success Factor (CSF) atau faktor kritis keberhasilan dalam strategi bisnis dan menghasilkan rekomendasi portofolio aplikasi Sistem Informasi/Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI) pada Lembaga Amil Zakat. Data yang digunakan berupa observasi berupa fakta-fakta yang terjadi, perilaku atau aktivitas dan proses bisnis yang telah berjalan. Selain data observasi juga mengambil data kuesioner untuk mendapatkan CSF dalam strategi bisnis menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan koefisien konkordansi Kendall dan uji chi kuadrat pada level 5% untuk mengetahui persepsi Amil Zakat terhadap faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan bisnis. Metode penelitian menggunakan Seni Perang Sun Tzu dan metode Anita Cassidy karena metode tersebut memiliki alur perencanaan yang jelas dan lengkap. Berdasarkan hasil analisis responden menunjukkan bahwa tiga faktor yang dianggap penting dan sudah ada dalam bisnis Lazis Jateng yaitu (1) Visi dan misi lembaga bertujuan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat secara luas, (2) Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan para pemangku kepentingan dan (3) terus berupaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan. Rekomendasi portofolio aplikasi SI yang dihasilkan yaitu Aplikasi Mobile Zakat, Customer Relationship System (CRS), SI Akuntansi Berdasarkan PSAK No. 109, Whistleblowing System (WBS), SI Kaji Dampak Dana ZIS, Aplikasi e-recruitment, Portal edukasi ZIS dengan feedback assistant, dan SI Penilaian Kinerja.

This study aims to determine the Critical Success Factor (CSF) or critical success factors in business strategy and produce recommendations for the Information Systems / Information Technology (IS / IT) application portfolio at the Amil Zakat Institution. The data used are observations in the form of facts that occur, behavior or activities, and business processes that have been running. In addition to observation data also took questionnaire data to get CSF in business strategy using the Likert scale. Quantitative data analysis was conducted with Kendall's concordance coefficient and chi-squared test at the 5% level to determine Amil Zakat's perception of the determinants of business success. The research method uses Sun Tzu's Art of War and Anita Cassidy's method because the method has a clear and complete planning flow. Based on the results of the analysis of respondents, it shows that three factors are considered important and already exist in the Central Java Lazis business, namely (1) The vision and mission of the institution aims to provide benefits to the community at large, (2) Building good relationships with stakeholders and (3) continuing to strive to meet customer needs and expectations. The resulting SI application portfolio recommendations are Mobile Zakat Application, Customer Relationship System (CRS), SI Accounting Based on PSAK No. 109, Whistleblowing System (WBS), SI Assess the Impact of ZIS Funds, e-recruitment application, ZIS education portal with feedback assistant, and SI Performance Assessment.
