Abstract

The city of Semarang itself already has a Master Plan to implement a Smart City entitled "Semarang Great". The Master Plan is stated in Perwal No. 26 of 2018. This study aims to 1) determine the implementation of the Smart City master plan in Semarang City in a case study of Android-based Adminduk implementation in Pedurungan District. 2) knowing the development of mobile-based Adminduk in Semarang City is considered not optimal
This research uses desk research method with descriptive analysis. Data collection is done by utilizing secondary data. Secondary data sources come from various literature studies, including the results of previous research related to the research theme, journal articles, books, publication of census data and national surveys as well as publication of data from the Surakarta City Trade Office.
Based on the results of the study, it is known that 1) Implementation of the smart city of Semarang City is the implementation of an Android-based adminduk, this application has been running well but is still considered ineffective, especially its use which still often makes errors, and the quality of service that still needs to be improved. 2) The Development of Mobile-Based AdmindukIn Semarang City Is Not considered Optimal. In general, the use of this application already has a good program and system foundation, but it is still necessary to find smart communication strategies and participation from the community.
