Abstract

The global pandemic in 2019 has led to a massive increase in the use of e-health in the world, thus it is important to know how e-health is being accepted by users. Analysis of e-health acceptance can be done using one model or by combining more than one model and several other variables to get a better research model. Therefore, this study uses a combination of the variables of increased care, increased accessibility, TAM model and ISSM model. The combination of the TAM and ISSM models results in a strong fundamental analysis of technology acceptance and provides a perspective on the success of the technology. In the other hand, enhanced care and increased accessibility was shown to be the primary factor of e-health usage. A total of 121 data were collected using a structured questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed using PLS-SEM. From the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the PU, AT, and BIU variables have an R-Square value with a substantial category, which indicates that more than 67% of the factors that influence the use of e-health in Indonesia have been identified in this study. On the other hand, in the hypothesis test, it was found that the variables of increasing accessibility, increasing care, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, information quality, and satisfaction had a significant effect on intention to use. While the factors of net benefits, service quality, and system quality have no significant effect on the use of e-health.
