Japanese Language and Culture Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University. Advisor: Elizabeth Ika Hesti Aprilia Nindia Rini, S.S., M.Hum. The aim of this research is to describe the word structures, meanings, and relationship between elements made from kanji 頭. The data in this research were collected from app “Tagaini Jisho” and online dictionary “jisho.org”. The data were collected by observation method and writing technique. Then, the data were analyzed using distributional method and immediate constituent analysis technique. The results of data analysis were presented using informal method. Based on the analysis of 12 data, shows that the compound noun made from kanji 頭 can be found in five structures. There are three data on 頭 + N structure, two data on 頭 + V structure, four data on N + 頭 structure, two data on V + 頭 structure, and one data on Adj + 頭 structure. The kanji 頭 have seven kinds of meaning when it joins in compound noun.
