Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Peran Sentra Advokasi Perempuan, Difabel dan Anak Terhadap Kaum Difabel dalam Pemenuhan Aksesibilitas Informasi”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Sentra Advokasi Perempuan, Difabel, dan Anak Kota Yogyakarta dalam memenuhi aksesibilitas informasi penyandang difabel. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan di kantor Sentra Advokasi Perempuan, Difabel, dan Anak (SAPDA) Kota Yogyakarta. Informan penelitian berjumlah 4 orang dengan penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dan analisis menggunakan model analisis Miles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data mengacu pada Sugiyono dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa peran SAPDA dalam menyediakan aksesibilitas informasi untuk penyandang difabel terdiri dari tiga upaya khusus, yaitu menjalin kerjasama dengan beberapa perpustakaan serta pemerintah kota Yogyakarta, membentuk perpustakaan khusus difabel di kantor SAPDA, dan peningkatan kapasitas internal Lembaga SAPDA.
This thesis entitled “The Role of SAPDA to Provide Accessibility Information”. The objectives of this research is to describe the role of Women and Disability Advocacy Organization to provide accessibility information. The research design used in this study is qualitative with descriptive research types at SAPDA office. Respondents research amounted to 4 people with the determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data collecting techniques used observation, interview and documentation study. The data analysis method used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion by Miles and Huberman. The data validity test refers to Sugiyono used source triangulation. The results of this research obtained that SAPDA provide the accessibility of information using 3 methods, the methods consists of cooperate with library organization and the city government, establish the library for peoples with disability at SAPDA office, and increase internal capacity of SAPDA.
