Abstract

Latar belakang: Sepsis merupakan salah satu penyebab utama mortalitas dan morbiditas pada anak. Diagnosis dini sepsis sangat penting untuk menghindari keterlambatan atau overtreatment pemberian antibiotik. Kultur darah memerlukan waktu yang lama. Tidak semua fasilitas kesehatan memiliki fasilitas yang dibutuhkan dalam pengukuran PELOD-2 sebagai baku emas penegakan diagnosis sepsis, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu metode yang bisa digunakan sebagai deteksi dini diagnosis sepsis.
Tujuan: Mengetahui akurasi qSOFA + heart rate sebagai prediktor disfungsi organ pada anak dengan sepsis
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan uji diagnostik dengan metode pengumpulan subyek secara konsekutif yang dilakukan pada anak curiga sepsis usia 1 bulan - 18 tahun di RSUP Dr. Kariadi pada bulan september 2021- desember 2021. Baku emas sepsis menggunakan PELOD-2. Analisis stastistik dilakukan untuk menetapkan cut off point skor untuk diagnosis sepsis.
Hasil: Penilaian qSOFA + heart rate didapatkan nilai sensitivitas, spesifisitas, NDP, NDN adalah 80.65%, 77.78%, 92.59% dan 53.85% dengan AUC yang diperoleh adalah 79,2% (95% IK 61.4% - 97.1%) dengan penetapan cut-off point 3. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai cut off point 2.5.
Kesimpulan: qSOFA+ heart rate memiliki akurasi yang baik sebagai prediktor disfungsi organ pada anak dengan sepsis..
