Abstract

Saat ini website perguruan tinggi dianggap berperan penting dalam menjaga komunikasi dengan para pemangku kepentingan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek kegunaan website berkorelasi positif dengan dukungan tata Kelola. Penelitian ini menyajikan pendekatan baru untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai dan mengevaluasi aspek kegunaan berdasarkan sepuluh prinsip heuristic evaluation dengan menerapkan metode Analytical Network Process. Metode ini bekerja dengan menentukan bobot kriteria website yang terbaik menurut versi webometriks. Untuk mengidentifikasi uji validitas dan reliabilitas masing-masing data kuisioner, instrumen ini menggunakan alat analisis total item korelasi dari metode HE. Sampel menunjukkan bahwa data kuisioener valid dan reliabel. Ditemukan juga bahwa dengan melakukan uji expert judgement, beberapa kuesioner membutuhkan penyesuaian editorial yang lebih baik. Berdasarkan aspek HE diperoleh perguruan tinggi yang paling sesuai berdasarkan urutannya adalah Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Indonesia, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember dan Univesitas Sebelas Maret.

Currently the college website plays an important role in maintaining communication with stakeholders. This suggests that the useful aspects of the website are positively correlated with governance support. This research presents a new approach to identify, assess and study aspects based on ten heuristic evaluation principles by applying the Analytical Network Process method. This method works by determining the criteria for the best website criteria according to the webometric version. To test the validity and reliability of each data, the instrument used the total item analysis tool from the HE method. The sample shows that the r value is valid and reliable. It was also found that by conducting expert judgment tests some questionnaires required better editorial. Interestingly, the layout of the site met the set criteria. Based on the HE aspects of higher education institutions, the most appropriate according to the order are Gadjah Mada University, University of Indonesia, Bandung Institute of Technology, Sepuluh Nopember Institut Of Technology and Sebelas Maret University.
