Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap Aplikasi Mozita. Aplikasi Mozita dirancangan dengan kaidah ICONIX Process dengan dasar penggunaan Use Case dalam pendokumentasiannya, sasaran pengguna aplikasi ini adalah bidan (kader) untuk melakukan proses pencatatan dan pelaporan status gizi balita pada wilayah puskesmas setempat. Selain informasi status gizi balita yang perhitungannya menggunakan rumus Z-Score, aplikasi Mozita dapat menyajikan informasi yang digunakan oleh instansi terkait untuk keperluan monitoring dan pengambilan keputusan dalam hal kebijakan kesehatan berdasarkan data status gizi balita. Untuk dapat meningkatkan penggunaan aplikasi Mozita, maka sangat perlu dilakukan proses pemberian umpan balik dari pengguna. TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) merupakan model yang dipilih untuk menganalisis dan memahami faktor‐faktor yang mempengaruhi diterimanya penggunaan Aplikasi Mozita, umpan balik pengguna dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan USE Questionnaire. Penelitian ini menggunakan 96 responden yang diambil secara acak baik dari kader, bidan, pegawai di tingkat kelurahan, tingkat kecamatan, tingkat kota, dan orang yang bekerja di dinas kesehatan di wilayah kota Semarang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penjelasan dan panduan penggunaan aplikasi Mozita sebelum responden mengisi kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Kuesioner yang digunakan dilengkapi dengan indepth interview untuk item pertanyaan yang nilai skala likert kurang dari sama dengan 3. Indepth interview bertujuan untuk memberikan fokus perbaikan antarmuka aplikasi Mozita agar dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Berdasarkan pengujian dan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa 5 hipotesis H1, H2, H3, H4, dan H5 yang diadopsi dari model TAM memiliki pengaruh positif dengan tingkat kekuatan hubungan (korelasi) antara variabel yang kuat, kecuali hubungan antara variabel Perceived Usefulness terhadap Attitude Toward Using (H2).

This research is a quantitative research that has a goal to measure the level of user acceptance of the Mozita Application. The Mozita application is designed using the ICONIX Process on the basis of using a Use Case in documenting it, used by midwives (cadres) to carry out the process of recording and reporting the nutritional status of toddler in the local health center area. In addition to information on the nutritional status of toddler, the calculation using the Z-Score formula, the Mozita application can present information used by related agencies for the purpose of monitoring and decision making in terms of health policy based on data on nutritional status of toddler. To be able to increase the use of the Mozita application, it is necessary to provide feedback from the user. TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) is a model chosen to analyze and understand the factors that influence the acceptance of the use of the Mozita Application, user feedback is done by utilizing the USE Questionnaire. This study used 96 respondents who were randomly selected from cadres, midwives, employees at the village level, district level, city level, and people who worked in the health department in the city area of Semarang. The technique used to measure the level of acceptance is done by providing an explanation and guidelines for using the Mozita application before the respondent fills in the questionnaire using a Likert scale. The questionnaire used is equipped with in-depth interviews for question items whose Likert scale value is less than equal to 3. The indepth interview aims to provide a focus on improving the Mozita application interface to be able to suit the needs of users. Based on testing and data analysis results, it was concluded that the 5 hypotheses H1, H2, H3, H4, and H5 adopted from the TAM model had a positive effect on the strength of the relationship (correlation) between strong variables, except the relationship between the Perceived Usefulness variable against Attitude Toward Using (H2).
