Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a form of corporate responsibility towards social and environmental aspects hence the company does not only focus on financial aspects but also sustainably oriented. CSR can be carried out by using the triple bottom line theory, such as PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Central Java Region which carries out the Greenhouse program at KWT Tunas Bahagia.
This study was aims to analyze the relationship of triple bottom line concept 3P (people, profit, and planet) from Greenhouse CSR program towards the satisfaction of KWT Tunas Bahagia. The research method used was case study method. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The analysis method was carried out by Pearson correlation analysis. The variables observed were 3P (X) and the satisfaction of KWT Tunas Bahagia (Y). The results showed that there was significant and positive relationship between the triple bottom line (3P) concept in the Greenhouse CSR program and the satisfaction of KWT Tunas Bahagia. Therefore, the company can optimize the implementation of triple bottom line concept in Greenhouse CSR program and KWT Tunas Bahagia can utilize the CSR program optimally. Therefore, Greenhouse CSR program can provide a sustainable positive impact for both parties.
