Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh firm performance terhadap
sustainable performance dengan sustainability report sebagai variabel mediasi.
Variabel independent yang digunakan di dalam pengujian adalah firm performance
yang diukur menggunakan ROA dan sustainable performance sebagai variabel
dependen diproksikan menggunakan ESG Score, serta sustainability report sebagai
variabel mediasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia tahun 2017-2020 dengan total sampel sebanyak 201 sampel.
Pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada metode purposive sampling yang mengikuti
kriteria tertentu. Metode analisis jalur digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan
menggunakan 2 persamaan yaitu regresi logistik dan regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa firm performance berpengaruh positif
terhadap sustainable performance. firm performance berpengaruh negatif terhadap
sustainability report. sustainability report berpengaruh positif terhadap sustainable
performance. secara simultan variabel firm performance berpengaruh positif dan
terhadap sustainable performance melalui variabel mediasi sustainability report.
Sustainability report dapat memediasi pengaruh firm performance terhadap
sustainable performance.
