Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan adanya research gap antara hubungan
entrepreneurship orientation dengan business performance yang masih
memberikan hasil yang tidak konsisten pada penelitian sebelumnya. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun model konseptual dan memberikan
jawaban atas kesenjangan penelitian yang ada. Terdapat 245 responden yang
merupakan pemilik dan pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kabupaten Kudus.
Menggunakan metode analisis data SEM (structural equation model) dengan
AMOS, menghasilkan lima hipotesis dengan pengaruh positif dan signifikan:
kemampuan entrepreneurship orientation terhadap product innovation capability,
product innovation capability dan customer relationship management capability
terhadap competitive advantage, product innovation capability dan competitive
advantage terhadap business performance.
