Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penerimaan dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap Sistem Informasi Akademik dan Penelitian (SIAP) Undip sebagai platform utama dalam pengelolaan data akademik dan pelayanan administrasi berbasis digital. Meskipun SIAP Undip telah digunakan sebagai sistem utama pengelolaan informasi akademik, masih ditemukan variasi dalam tingkat pemanfaatan dan pengalaman pengguna, sehingga penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerimaan teknologi serta mengidentifikasi variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan mengintegrasikan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan data diolah dengan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness, content, format, timeliness, dan ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan perceived ease of use, accuracy, dan intention to use tidak memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan. Sehingga diartikan pada penelitian ini, pengguna telah menerima sistem informasi akademik SIAP Undip berdasarkan aspek manfaat yang dirasakan serta faktor kualitas pengalaman penggunaan terhadap kepuasan pengguna.

This research is based on the importance of user acceptance and satisfaction toward the Academic and Research Information System (SIAP) Undip as the primary platform for managing academic data and digital administrative services. Although SIAP Undip has been implemented as the main academic information system, variations are still found in the level of utilization and user experience, indicating the need to understand the factors influencing user acceptance and satisfaction. This study aims to analyze technology acceptance and identify the variables that affect user satisfaction by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). The research adopts a quantitative approach using questionnaires, and the data were processed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that perceived usefulness, content, format, timeliness, and ease of use have a significant influence on user satisfaction, while perceived ease of use, accuracy, and intention to use do not show significant effects. These results indicate that users have accepted the SIAP Undip academic information system based on the perceived benefits and the quality of their system usage experience, which significantly influence user satisfaction.
