Abstract
Akreditasi sekolah dasar memiliki peran penting sebagai tolok ukur mutu pendidikan, namun proses penilaiannya masih sering dilakukan secara manual sehingga memerlukan waktu lama dan berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan antarasesor. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem penilaian akreditasi yang mengacu pada Instrumen Akreditasi Satuan Pendidikan (IASP) 2020 yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah/Madrasah (BAN-S/M). Sistem ini menerapkan logika Fuzzy Tsukamoto dan metode SMARTER untuk mengolah data penilaian dari tiga domain utama, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menghasilkan nilai akreditasi dengan hasil perhitungan manual dengan tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 87,5%, dengan perbedaan kecil yang disebabkan oleh batas keanggotaan fuzzy. Selain itu, metode SMARTER memberikan masukan yang berguna bagi sekolah untuk mengetahui prioritas perbaikan berdasarkan bobot setiap kriteria penilaian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model sistem informasi penilaian akreditasi berbasis IASP 2020 yang dapat mendukung proses penilaian secara lebih terstruktur dan objektif serta membantu sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Primary school accreditation plays a crucial role as an indicator of educational quality; however, the assessment process is often conducted manually, which makes it time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies among assessors. To address this issue, this research developed an accreditation assessment system based on the Instrumen Akreditasi Satuan Pendidikan (IASP) 2020 issued by the National Accreditation Board for Schools/Madrasahs (BAN-S/M). The system applies the Fuzzy Tsukamoto logic and the SMARTER method to process assessment data from three main domains: interviews, observations, and document reviews. The research was conducted through stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the developed system produces accreditation scores consistent with manual calculations, achieving an accuracy rate of 87.5%, with minor variations caused by fuzzy membership boundaries. Moreover, the SMARTER method provides valuable insights for schools to identify priority areas for improvement based on the weighted importance of each assessment criterion. This study produces an information system model for school accreditation assessment based on IASP 2020, which supports a more structured and objective evaluation process and assists schools in improving educational quality.
