Abstract

Sistem Layanan Akademik Pendidikan (SILAKAN) sudah digunakan di SMP Negeri 6 Pekalongan untuk menangani berbagai layanan termasuk pencatatan presensi. Namun, proses ini masih melakukan pencatatan manual sehingga menimbulkan keterlambatan, redundansi data, dan potensi kesalahan input. Penelitian ini merancang integrasi sistem IoT dengan SILAKAN untuk otomatisasi presensi siswa secara real time dan menambah layanan transaksi non-tunai. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan prototyping dengan pengujian kinerja sebanyak 800 kali uji fungsional, uji blackbox, serta analisis penerimaan pengguna menggunakan model UTAUT2 melalui PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan pembacaan RFID mencapai 98%, data real time berjalan stabil, serta seluruh konstruk utama UTAUT2 memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat dan perilaku penggunaan. Implementasi sistem memberikan dampak berupa kontribusi pada pengembangan sistem informasi dan IoT melalui integrasi ESP32–RFID dengan SILAKAN untuk otomatisasi presensi dan transaksi kantin yang lebih efisien dan akurat, sekaligus mendukung implementasi smart school yang dapat direplikasi di sekolah lain. Selain mempercepat alur administrasi dan mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, sistem juga menyediakan data kehadiran real time untuk pemantauan, pelaporan, dan pengambilan keputusan, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan di era digital.

Sistem Layanan Akademik Pendidikan (SILAKAN) has been used at SMP Negeri 6 Pekalongan to manage various services, including attendance recording. However, the attendance process is still conducted manually, which causes delays, data redundancy, and potential input errors. This study designs an integration between an IoT system and SILAKAN to automate student attendance in real time and to add a cashless transaction service. The research applies a prototyping approach, supported by 800 functional performance tests, black-box testing, and a user-acceptance analysis using the UTAUT2 model through PLS-SEM. The results show that the RFID reading success rate reaches 98%, real-time data operation remains stable, and all key UTAUT2 constructs have a significant influence on behavioral intention and actual use behavior. The system implementation contributes to the development of information systems and IoT by integrating ESP32–RFID with SILAKAN to automate attendance and canteen transactions more efficiently and accurately, while also supporting a smart school implementation that can be replicated in other schools. In addition to accelerating administrative workflows and reducing recording errors, the system provides real-time attendance data for monitoring, reporting, and decision-making, thereby improving the quality of educational services in the digital era.
