Abstract

The Integrated Asset Management Information System – Inventory Module at UNDIP implements Scrum as a software development framework. However, in its implementation, the institution faces various challenges, and the adoption of Scrum has not yet been carried out optimally. Evaluation is essential to determine the level of project management maturity in software development within an information systems management unit. The evaluation process employs a mixed-methods approach by combining qualitative methods through interviews and quantitative methods through questionnaires distributed to the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team. The analysis is conducted using the Scrum Maturity Model combined with the Agile Maturity Model through Key Process Areas. The results indicate that Scrum implementation is at the Initial maturity level (Level 1). Of the 70 Scrum practices evaluated, 11 practices require improvement. Improvement recommendations are formulated based on the Scrum Guide 2020, Scrum Essentials, SBOK v3, and expert input. In conclusion, although Scrum has been implemented, continuous improvement is necessary to achieve a more effective software development process and support project success.
