Abstract
Peradaban modern berdiri di atas komponen penting yaitu energi. Dalam pencarian solusi pemenuhan akses energi terutama di pedesaan seringkali menemui jalan buntu. Di sinilah paradigma Nexus Air-Energi-Pangan (Water-Energy-Food Nexus) dapat menjadi sudut pandang untuk analisa yang kuat. Kisah di Dusun Geneng, Wonogiri, adalah manifestasi nyata dari hubungan Nexus ini. Dari hasil penelitian, Kondisi penggunaan lahan menunjukan tren positif, penggunaan lahan terus didominasi oleh hutan lahan kering sekunder melebihi 60% dari catchmen area DAS Dusun Dali, Desa Geneng selama beberapa dekade (2000-2025). Berdasarkan analisis debit andalan yang didapatkan dari permodelan SWAT, diperoleh debit sebesar 0,0705 m³/s, debit ini mampu membangkitkan daya listrik sebesar ±4,49 kW dan berdasarkan debit terkecil dari permodelan, diperoleh nilai NPV= Rp111,3 Juta. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pembangkit mikrohidro bukan hanya layak secara teknis, namun juga layak secara ekonomis.

Modern civilization is highly dependent on energy; however, reliance on fossil fuels has led to increasingly concerning impacts. In this context, the Water–Energy–Food Nexus paradigm provides a strong analytical framework for understanding cross-sectoral interconnections. The case of Dusun Geneng, Wonogiri, represents a tangible manifestation of this Nexus relationship. The results indicate a positive land-use trend, with secondary dryland forest consistently dominating more than 60% of the catchment area of the Dusun Dali watershed in Geneng Village over the period 2000–2025. Dependable flow analysis based on SWAT modeling yields a discharge of 0.0705 m³/s, which is capable of generating approximately 4.49 kW of electrical power. Economic analysis shows a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 111.3 million. These findings confirm that micro-hydropower development is not only technically feasible but also economically viable.
