Abstract
Industri konstruksi memiliki kompleksitas tinggi yang sering menimbulkan waste. baik berupa physical maupun non-physical waste. Penelitian ini berfokus pada identifikasi non-physical waste dalam pekerjaan kolom pada Proyek Twin Tower Universitas Diponegoro dengan pendekatan lean construction.
