Abstract
Efisiensi tenaga kerja menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam operasional perusahaan manufaktur yang kompetitif. PT XYZ, produsen furnitur berbahan dasar kayu, menghadapi permasalahan belum ditetapkannya waktu standar kerja dan tidak optimalnya alokasi tenaga kerja pada bagian Assembly Wood 2 produk lemari.
