Abstract

In the current era of information technology development, almost all human
activities are inseparable from the utilization of technology as a supporter for
various human endeavors. The use of information technology is a mandatory
component. One form of information technology is in the form of information
systems that can be accessed by all segments of society. With the advancement of
technology, nearly every sector of life supports the improvement of digital
credibility, including tutoring institutions. The rapid development of information
technology is what motivates the author to create an information system that can
facilitate the administration data management for Savaana tutoring institution,
such as the attendance list of teachers and students, as Savaana still uses manual
methods with record-keeping on archives.
The Savaana Tutoring Institution Information System for Library
Management and Registration using the Laravel framework is created using the
waterfall method, where each stage of the activity must be completed before the
next activity begins. In the context of this research, a systematic approach is applied,
starting with the identification of system needs as the initial step, followed by the
design phase, implementation and coding, and ending with deployment.
The results of developing the Savaana Learning Guidance Information
System for the Library and Registration Management Section provide convenience
in managing the library and registration aspects for the Savaana Institution.
Features that have been created, such as registration management, user data
management during the admission of new students, book recording, and book
borrowing, can be accessed through the Savaana learning guidance website. These
features have an impact on reducing manual data processes and physical file
accumulation..
