Abstract
This research investigates supply chain performance measurements on the critical
path in the BRI Tower Construction Project dan Yogya Supermarket Construction
Project. Through identifying the supply chain framework and adapting the SCOR
14.0 performance indicators, this research provides a comprehensive understanding
of the stages, processes and elements involved in the construction project supply
chain.
