Abstract

Good Vibes Health & Fitness Center menghadapi rendahnya kesadaran merek
yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan penjualan serta posisinya sebagai pusat kebugaran
berbasis wellness. Pelaksanaan Karya Bidang ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan brand
awareness dan sales growth melalui strategi Integrated Marketing Coomunications
(IMC) yang mencakup content marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, serta
kampanye digital #BalanceInsideOut. Seluruh aktivitas komunikasi difokuskan pada
Instagram menggunakan pendekatan AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action,
Share) untuk memastikan pesan kampanye tersampaikan secara konsisten. Peran
Campaign Manager, Digital Data Analyst, dan Finance Manager dilibatkan dalam
pelaksanaan kampanye ini. Campaign Manager menyusun rencana kampanye, Digital
Data Analyst menganalisis performa Instagram @goodvibesid.smg, dan Finance
Manager mengatur serta mengelola keuangan
Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada indikator digital
dan penjualan. Jumlah pengikut bertambah 456, kesadaran merek meningkat sebesar
27,8 persen, dan penjualan bertambah 92 member baru. Selain itu, tingkat pemahaman
audiens terhadap konsep wellness mencapai 87,9 persen, yang menandakan bahwa
pesan kampanye tersampaikan dan diproses secara efektif oleh target audiens.
