Abstract

Pembangunan jalan serta jembatan di Indonesia bertujuan meratakan pembangunan serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi. Teknologi Building Information Modeling (BIM) mempermudah perencanaan konstruksi melalui integrasi visualisasi 3D, penjadwalan 4D, serta biaya 5D. Tugas akhir ini merencanakan ulang Jembatan Tawang–Ngalang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas serta efisiensi. Pemodelan 3D memakai Autodesk Revit, analisa struktur dengan SAP 2000, perhitungan biaya lewat Microsoft Excel, serta penjadwalan proyek dengan Microsoft Project. Hasil menunjukkan ukuran serta pembesian struktur sesuai standar, dengan bentang 40,6 m serta lebar 11 m, serta kebutuhan beton ±2.125,85 m³ serta tulangan ± 230,7 ton. Rencana biaya proyek sebesar Rp14,83 miliar dengan durasi 47 minggu.
