Abstract

Teknologi Informasi (TI) saat ini telah diterapkan di berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk di bidang pendidikan tinggi. Permasalahan layanan akademik berbasis TI yang umum terjadi seperti seperti server down, sistem lambat, integrasi yang buruk, dan keamanan data menjadi perhatian penting bagi pengelola pendidikan. Manajemen Layanan TI atau Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) merupakan pendekatan strategis untuk merancang, menyediakan, mengelola, dan meningkatkan cara penggunaan TI dalam suatu organisasi. ITIL merupakan salah satu framework ITSM yang paling populer untuk evaluasi dan penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisa tingkat kapabilitas dan menilai kematangan layanan TI pada praktik manajemen risiko dan manajemen keamanan informasi serta menganalisa tingkat kesenjangan antara kondisi yang terjadi dengan standar yang diharapkan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner diberikan kepada 125 responden, untuk mengukur persepsi pengguna dan tingkat penerapan praktik ITIL V4 secara umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kapabilitas kedua praktik tesebut berada pada level 3 (Defined) dengan nilai 3,48. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa perguruan tinggi mulai menyadari pentingnya pengelolaan risiko keamanan TI, dengan praktik yang telah terdefinisi dan terdokumentasi. Untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan sesuai ITIL V4, perlu peningkatan teknologi, evaluasi konsisten, dan budaya organisasi yang mendukung.

Information Technology (IT) is currently applied in various areas of life, including in higher education. Common IT-based academic service issues such as server downtime, slow systems, poor integration, and data security are important concerns for educational administrators. Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) is a strategic approach to designing, providing, managing, and improving how IT is used in an organization. ITIL is one of the most popular ITSM frameworks for evaluation and assessment. This study aims to measure and analyze the level of capability and assess the maturity of IT services in risk management and information security management practices, as well as analyze the level of gap between existing conditions and expected standards. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. Data was collected via questionnaires distributed to 125 respondents to measure user perception and the general implementation level of ITIL V4 practices. The results showed that the capability level of both practices was at level 3 (Defined) with a score of 3.48. These results indicate that higher education institutions are beginning to recognize the importance of managing IT security risks, with defined and documented practices. For continuous improvement according to ITIL V4, it requires technology enhancements, consistent evaluation, and a supportive organizational culture.
