Abstract

Di era transformasi digital, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dikolaborasikan kedalam pembelajaraan daring. Permasalahan yang terjadi kurangnya dukungan perangkat teknologi dan penerimaan pengguna yang berdampak pada perubahan perilaku, kesadaran dan persepsi, serta keterbatasan sumber daya. Sistem informasi yang baik adalah yang memudahkan pemakainya sehingga diperlukan evaluasi untuk menilai kesuksesan setelah sistem digunakan. Tingkat kegunaan diukur berdasarkan manfaat yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan karakteristik pengguna dan memperoleh model pengukuran keberhasilan penggunaan berkelanjutan sistem informasi e-learning. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan kajian literatur melalui pendekatan kerangka kerja sistem informasi pasca adopsi sistem e-learning. Penyusunan dimensi dilakukan dengan menggabungkan tiga model hybrid yaitu Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology untuk pengukuran kesuksesan penerapan sistem informasi, Technology Acceptance Model untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan teknologi berdasarkan perseptif perilaku pengguna sistem informasi, dan Service Quality untuk mengukur dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh 782 responden. Analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling partial least square untuk menguji model pengukuran. Terdapat 39 indikator dengan nilai outer loading lebih dari 0,5 dinyatakan valid. Sedangkan uji validitas pada cross loading setiap variabel lebih tinggi dari 0,7. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rerata kualitas layanan sebesar 0,985 telah memenuhi karakteristik dan kebutuhan pemakai sistem dengan tingkat validitas 97 % dinyatakan diterima. Sedangkan kegunaan sistem dan norma subyektif berpengaruh terhadap minat atau keinginan secara terus menerus menggunakan sistem e-learning. Faktor utama penerimaan teknologi meliputi kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna, pembelajaraan mandiri, kesenangan dan sikap terhadap perilaku dan penggunaan berkelanjutan dengan rata-rata sebesar 0,507 dan standar deviasi 0,046. Hasil ini didukung pengujian hipotesis pada konstruk kepuasaan terhadap niat berkelanjutan diperoleh nilai R-square sebesar 0,646 berpengaruh positif pada niat perilaku pengguna. Sedangkan pada konstruk sikap terhadap perilaku diperoleh 0,528 disebabkan pengguna masih mempertimbangkan apakah sistem dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaraan online. Hubungan niat berkelanjutan terhadap peningkatan kinerja akademik memberikan dampak positif yang dibuktikan dengan R-square sebesar 0,738 dinyatakan secara empiris mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap penggunaan teknologi. Sehingga model pengukuran keberhasilan penggunaan berkelanjutan sistem e-learning yang diusulkan dapat diterima.

In the age of digital transformation, the integration of information and communication technology into online learning is imperative. However, challenges remain due to inadequate technological infrastructure and limited user acceptance, which affect behavioural changes, awareness, perception, and resource availability. An effective information system should be user-friendly; hence, evaluation is necessary to assess the system‟s success post-implementation. Usability must be measured to determine whether the system provides tangible benefits. This study aims to identify user characteristics and develop a measurement model for the sustainable use of e-learning information systems. The research methodology involves a literature review grounded in the post-adoption framework of e-learning systems. The model integrates three hybrid frameworks: the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to assess system implementation success, the Technology Acceptance Model to evaluate technology acceptance based on user behavioural perspectives, and the Service Quality model to measure and enhance service quality. Data were collected through questionnaire distributed to 782 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to validate the proposed measurement model. A total of 39 indicators with outer loading values above 0.5 were found to be valid, and cross-loading validity for each variable exceeded 0.7. The findings indicate that service quality, with an average score of 0.985 and a 97% validity rate, effectively meets user characteristics and system requirements. System usability and subjective norms significantly influence the intention to continuously use the e-learning platform. Key determinants of technology acceptance include service quality, user satisfaction, self-directed learning, enjoyment, and attitude toward behaviour, with an average loading value of 0.507 and a standard deviation of 0.046 in sustainable usage. Hypothesis testing supports these results. The user satisfaction construct shows a significant positive effect on continuous intention to use with an R-square value of 0.646. The attitude toward behaviour construct scored 0.528, indicating that users are still evaluating the extent to which the system meets their online learning needs. The relationship between continuous intention to use and academic performance also shows a strong positive effect, with an R-square value of 0.738, demonstrating a robust empirical relationship with technology usage. In conclusion, the proposed measurement model for the successful and sustainable use of e-learning systems is empirically validated and can be effectively adopted in similar educational contexts.
