Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penerimaan teknologi terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan mesin Customer Service Digital (CS Digital) BCA dengan mengadopsi model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan menambahkan variabel perceived risk. Survei dilakukan pada 107 nasabah BCA KCP MT Haryono Semarang dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, sedangkan perceived risk berpengaruh negatif. Selain itu, perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness, dan kepuasan berpengaruh pada intention to use. Implikasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya peningkatan fitur, aksesibilitas, antarmuka yang mudah digunakan, serta aspek keamanan untuk mendukung kepuasan dan niat penggunaan layanan digital BCA.
