Abstract
Pemilihan lokasi gudang yang strategis memegang peranan penting dalam rantai pasok karena berdampak langsung pada efisiensi biaya operasional, ketepatan waktu pengiriman, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam konteks e-commerce pertanian yang menghadapi tantangan logistik tersendiri, diperlukan sistem distribusi yang efisien dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pemilihan lokasi gudang distribusi melalui integrasi metode Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) dan pendekatan pengambilan keputusan multikriteria (Multi-Criteria Decision Making/MCDM). Bobot kriteria ditentukan menggunakan metode Improved Fuzzy Stepwise Weighted Assessment Ratio Analysis (IMF SWARA), sedangkan pemeringkatan alternatif dilakukan dengan metode Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to Compromise Solution (MARCOS). Delapan kriteria pemilihan gudang diidentifikasi berdasarkan masukan praktisi e-commerce pertanian. Model MILP diimplementasikan menggunakan tiga solver berbeda yaitu CBC, GLPK, dan SCIP untuk memastikan konsistensi hasil. Hasil pemeringkatan menunjukkan bahwa gudang dengan kode G10 merupakan pilihan terbaik, yang kemudian divalidasi dengan dua metode MCDM lainnya, yaitu Multi-Attribute Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) dan Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOOSRA).

The selection of a strategically located warehouse plays a vital role in the supply chain, as it directly impacts operational cost efficiency, delivery timeliness, and customer satisfaction. In the context of agricultural e-commerce, which faces its own logistical challenges, an efficient and sustainable distribution system is essential. This study aims to optimize the selection of warehouse locations by integrating the Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) method with a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach. The weights of the evaluation criteria are determined using the Improved Fuzzy Stepwise Weighted Assessment Ratio Analysis (IMF SWARA) method, while alternative ranking is performed using the Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to Compromise Solution (MARCOS) method. Eight warehouse selection criteria were identified based on input from agricultural e-commerce practitioners. The MILP model is implemented using three different solvers CBC, GLPK, and SCIP to ensure the consistency of results. The final ranking shows that the warehouse coded G10 is the best alternative, which is further validated using two other MCDM methods: Multi-Attribute Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) and Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOOSRA).
