Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana keterlibatan CSR melalui media sosial
memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan di sektor FMCG yang sangat dinamis.
Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 125 responden yang mengenal
program CSR Unilever Indonesia, hasil menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi CSR yang
transparan dan interaktif dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan,
terutama pada kategori personal care serta makanan dan minuman. Studi ini
menekankan pentingnya strategi CSR digital dalam membangun hubungan
konsumen di tengah persaingan pasar yang tinggi
