Abstract

The high incidence of falls is a global issue, including in outpatients. Research on markers and education of fall risk for outpatients is still rare. This study is about the innovation of DaDuSiJu stickers as markers and media for fall risk education for outpatients. DaDuSiJu Stickers include stickers and videos developed by researchers to educate families and patients at risk of falling in outpatient care. The stickers and videos have been tested on fifty outpatients at Hospital X in May 2025. Researchers gave DaDuSiJu Stickers to patients at risk of falling and encouraged respondents (patients' families) to scan the barcode on the sticker. Then, researchers conducted a posttest using a questionnaire to determine the results of respondents' level of knowledge regarding the risk of falling. DaDuSiJu stickers with video links can be markers and educational media for fall risk for families and outpatients. DaDuSiJu stickers have been tested on fifty families of outpatients at Hospital X. The results showed that 90% of patient families had a good level of knowledge after receiving DaDuSiJu stickers and watching the videos on the stickers.
