Abstract

Upaya Pemerintah Kabupaten Pekalongan dalam mewujudkan Kecamatan Lebakbarang sebagai Kawasan Pengembangan Pariwisata Daerah (KPPD) bercitra eco-tourism masih belum bisa diwujudkan. Desa Bantar Kulon merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Lebakbarang yang secara geografis berada pada pintu masuk wilayah Kecamatan Lebakbarang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi abiotik, biotik, dan budaya Desa Bantar Kulon, menganalisis perkembangan ekowisata di kawasan, menganalisis aspirasi wisatawan dan persepsi masyarakat, serta merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangan ekowisata Desa Bantar Kulon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, Fuzzy Delphi Method, ROS (Recreation Opportunity Spectrum) dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Bantar Kulon memiliki sumber daya abiotik, biotik, dan budaya yang bisa menjadi modal berharga untuk dikapitalisasi ke dalam bentuk kegiatan berkonsep ekowisata. Strategi pengembangan Ekowisata Desa Bantar Kulon berada pada Kuadran I sehingga rumusan strategi yang paling sesuai bersifat agresif dengan memaksimalkan kekuatan alam berupa keragaman flora dan fauna serta budaya, dukungan masyarakat setempat, juga kemudahan aksesibilitas penunjang untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada berupa potensi kuliner daerah, dukungan pemerintah dan sektor swasta, ketersediaan amenitas, perkembangan industri kreatif, dan keterbukaan konektivitas destinasi wisata sekitar.

Lebakbarang District's designation as a Regional Tourism Development Area (KPPD) with an ecotourism image has yet to be achieved despite the Pekalongan Regency Government's attempts. Bantar Kulon Village is one of the villages in Lebakbarang District which is geographically located at the entrance to other Lebakbarang District areas. This research aims to identify the abiotic, biotic, and cultural potential of Bantar Kulon Village, analyze the development of ecotourism in the region, analyze the aspirations of tourists and community perceptions, and formulate the right strategy for the development of ecotourism in Bantar Kulon Village. This study uses a descriptive approach, Fuzzy Delphi Method, ROS (Recreation Opportunity Spectrum) and SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that Bantar Kulon Village has abiotic, biotic, and cultural resources that can be valuable capital to be capitalized into the form of ecotourism concept activities. The development strategy of Ecotourism in Bantar Kulon Village is in Quadrant I so that the most appropriate strategy formulation is aggressive by maximizing the strength of nature in the form of diversity of flora and fauna as well as culture, support from the local community, as well as ease of accessibility to support to take advantage of existing opportunities in the form of regional culinary potential, government and private sector support, availability of amenities, development of creative industries, and openness of connectivity of surrounding tourist destinations.
