Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) stand-alone menggunakan perangkat lunak PVsyst sebagai mitigasi dari hasil audit energi di gedung administrasi PT. XXX, Serang, Banten. Langkah awal melibatkan analisis efisiensi energi gedung administrasi melalui audit energi, yang menunjukkan bahwa gedung administrasi Gedung Neki A Office Marketing dan Bottom Office tidak efisien karena dengan nilai IKE rata-rata 17.08 termasuk dalam kategori agak boros. Berdasarkan hasil audit, dirancang sistem PLTS stand-alone yang terdiri dari 175 modul surya monocrystalline 500 Wp yang tersusun dalam 5 string paralel dengan masing-masing string terdiri dari 15 modul seri, dan sistem off-grid dengan 8 baterai seri dan 65 baterai paralel. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan rasio performa sebesar 66%, yang menandakan proyek layak secara teknis untuk diterapkan. Dari segi finansial, proyek ini juga layak karena mampu mengembalikan modal awal sebelum target berdasarkan analisis Net Present Value (NPV) dan Profitability Index (PI). Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi emisi karbon dan mendukung target net zero emission pada tahun 2050.

This study aims to design a stand-alone Solar Power Plant (PLTS) system using PVsyst software as a mitigation of the energy audit results in the administration building of PT. XXX, Serang, Banten. The initial step involves analyzing the energy efficiency of the administration building through an energy audit, which shows that the Neki A Office Marketing and Bottom Office administration buildings are inefficient because with an average IKE value of 17.08 it is included in the rather wasteful category. Based on the audit results, a stand-alone PLTS system was designed consisting of 175 500 Wp monocrystalline solar modules arranged in 5 parallel strings with each string consisting of 15 series modules, and an off-grid system with 8 series batteries and 65 parallel batteries. The simulation results show a performance ratio of 66%, indicating that the project is technically feasible to implement. In terms of finance, this project is also feasible because it is able to return the initial capital before the target based on the Net Present Value (NPV) and Profitability Index (PI) analysis. The implementation of this system is expected to reduce carbon emissions and support the net zero emission target by 2050.
