Abstract

Dalam pengambilan keputusan secara berkelompok, pemberian nilai pada evaluasi kinerja karyawan masih dianggap subjektif yang dapat menimbulkan persaingan tidak sehat. Sehingga perlu adanya pembobotan kriteria yang matematis dengan mengkombinasikan dua metode untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan sehingga bisa membantu tim manajemen untuk menentukan penilaian kinerja karyawan yaitu menggabungkan metode weighted aggregated sum product assesment dan borda. Pemilihan kedua metodologi tersebut dilakukan karena kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan penyelesaian yang lebih efisien terhadap permasalahan yang pelik dengan memandu maupun menjadikan cepat pengambilan keputusan dalam penyelesaian masalah. Pendekatan penilaian produk agregat tertimbang menggunakan perhitungan matematis yang akurat, sehingga menghasilkan hasil yang tepat dan akurat. Teknik Borda bermanfaat karena secara efisien mengumpulkan beragam peringkat alternatif melalui kelompok pemungutan suara yang menggabungkan banyak preferensi. Kriteria yang menentukan dalam penilai kinerja karyawan yaitu ketepatan waktu atau kehadiran, keterampilan, pengetahuan, komunikasi, pengambilan keputusan, disiplin, adaptasi lingkungan kerja, keselamatan kerja dan inisiatif. Hasil dari proses perhitungan dari pemeringkatan kombinasi metode weighted aggregated sum product assesment dan borda yang diperoleh dengan menempatkan alternatif 5 sebagai karyawan yang layak menjadi karyawan tetap dan berhak mendapatkan nilai tertinggi sebesar 0.288. Keseluruhan perhitungan dengan metode ini bisa menjadi pedoman saat pengambilan keputusan PT SMART Tbk Surabaya, dikarenakan ketepatan evaluasi kinerja karyawan kontrak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pencapain tujuan perusahan dalam proses recruitment karyawan tetap.

In group decision making, giving marks to employee performance evaluations is still considered subjective which can give rise to unhealthy competition. So there is a need for mathematical weighting of criteria by combining two methods to build a decision support system so that it can help the management team to determine employee performance assessments, namely combining the weighted aggregated sum product assessment and borda methods. The choice of these two methodologies was made because of their ability to produce more efficient solutions to complex problems by guiding and facilitating faster decision making in solving problems. The weighted aggregate product assessment approach uses accurate mathematical calculations, resulting in precise and accurate results. The Borda technique is useful because it efficiently aggregates diverse rankings of alternatives through voting groups that combine many preferences. The determining criteria for assessing employee performance are punctuality or attendance, skills, knowledge, communication, decision making, discipline, adaptation to the work environment, work safety and initiative. The results of the calculation process of ranking a combination of the weighted aggregated sum product assessment and borda methods were obtained by placing alternative 5 as an employee who is worthy of being a permanent employee and is entitled to get the highest score of 0.288. All calculations using this method can be a guide when making decisions at PT SMART Tbk Surabaya, because the accuracy of evaluating the performance of contract employees has a significant influence on achieving company goals in the permanent employee recruitment process.
