Abstract
Di era digital saat ini, perguruan tinggi di Indonesia tidak dapat terpisah dari penerapan teknologi informasi. Hal ini meliputi proses rekrutmen mahasiswa baru, pengelolaan informasi akademik, penyelenggaraan kegiatan perkuliahan, serta manajemen sumber daya manusia, hingga pengambilan keputusan. Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) di Semarang adalah salah satu yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan Sistem Informasi Akademik, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian (SIAP) untuk memudahkan aktivitas akademik mahasiswa secara online. Aplikasi SIAP memiliki fitur penting seperti pengisian IRS, KHS, jadwal kuliah, tugas akhir, dan absensi, yang mendukung manajemen perkuliahan sehari-hari. Namun, aplikasi SIAP mobile di Google Play Store hanya mendapat rating 2,9 dari 5 dari sekitar 100.000 pengguna, menunjukkan perlunya evaluasi kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi SIAP UNDIP Mobile versi 2.1.9 menggunakan tiga metode: End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), Delone and McLean, dan Webqual 4.0, dengan 100 mahasiswa sebagai responden. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan hipotesis penelitian. Hasilnya, pada metode EUCS hanya hipotesis tentang format yang signifikan, sementara empat hipotesis lainnya ditolak. Pada metode Delone McLean, hipotesis Kualitas Data Informasi dan Kualitas Sistem diterima, sedangkan Kualitas Layanan ditolak. Pada metode Webqual 4.0, hipotesis Kualitas Interaksi Layanan diterima, namun Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Kegunaan ditolak. Penelitian ini juga menyajikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan aplikasi SIAP UNDIP versi 2.1.9.

In today's digital era, universities in Indonesia cannot be separated from the application of information technology. This includes the process of recruiting new students, managing academic information, organising lecture activities, as well as human resource management, to decision-making. Diponegoro University (UNDIP) in Semarang is one that utilises information technology with the Academic, Research, and Service Information System (SIAP) to facilitate student academic activities online. The SIAP application has important features such as filling IRS, KHS, class schedule, final assignment, and attendance, which support daily lecture management. However, the SIAP mobile application in the Google Play Store only received a rating of 2.9 out of 5 from around 100,000 users, indicating the need for user satisfaction evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the level of user satisfaction of the SIAP UNDIP Mobile application version 2.1.9 using three methods: End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), Delone and McLean, and Webqual 4.0, with 100 students as respondents. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire and analysed using SmartPLS 4.0 to test validity, reliability, and research hypotheses. As a result, in the EUCS metode only the hypothesis about format is significant, while the other four hypotheses are rejected. In the Delone and McLean metode, the hypotheses of Information Data Quality and System Quality were accepted, while Service Quality was rejected. In the Webqual 4.0 metode, the Service Interaction Quality hypothesis is accepted, but Information Quality and Usability Quality are rejected. This study also presents recommendations for the development of the SIAP UNDIP version 2.1.9 application.
