Abstract

Karya bidang ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness The Beautilogist
melalui strategi komunikasi terpadu yang mencakup media sosial dan event. Penulis
berperan sebagai Strategy Planner, Event Manager, dan Interactive Content Creator
dengan fokus pada pembuatan konten interaktif, pelaksanaan Nail Art Workshop, serta
sesi Beauty Sharing bersama KOL lokal.
Hasil dari program selama enam minggu menunjukkan peningkatan brand awareness
dari 55,9% menjadi 100%, followers Instagram mencapai 9.150, dan engagement rate
naik dari 0,15% menjadi 0,24%. Strategi yang dijalankan terbukti efektif dalam
memperkuat positioning “Feel Beauty, Spend Wisely” di kalangan perempuan usia 15–
30 tahun di Kota Semarang.
