Abstract

Layanan farmasi merupakan salah satu komponen penunjang penting yang harus dimiliki oleh Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas). Salah satu bentuk layanan farmasi yang disediakan oleh Puskesmas adalah layanan permintaan obat. Saat ini di sebagian besar Puskesmas manajemen stok obat masih dilakukan secara konvensional dan tidak memiliki sistem yang dapat menentukan jumlah permintaan obat – obatan. Tantangan utama pada model manajemen stok obat secara manual adalah rendahnya tingkat efisiensi waktu, biaya dan tenaga dalam hal perencanaan, pengadaan dan penditribuasian obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sebuah model prediksi kebutuhan obat. Diharapkan model prediksi ini dapat menjadi salah satu alat penunjang pengambilan keputusan dalam manajemen stok obat di Puskesmas. Model prediksi dalam penelitian ini dibangun dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier. Dataset yang digunakan bersumber dari laporan triwulan persediaan obat pada Puskesmas Koni Jambi selama periode tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Naïve Bayes Classifier dapat digunakan untuk membangun sebuah model prediksi kebutuhan obat. Evaluasi model prediksi tersebut menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 73,91%, tingkat recall sebesar 85,71% dan tingkat presisi sebesar 54,54%.

Pharmaceutical services are one of the important supporting components that a Community Health Center (Puskesmas) must have. One of the pharmaceutical service is drug services. Currently, in the most health centers, drug stock management is still done manually using drug stock cards. The main challenge of it is the low level of time, cost and energy efficiency in terms of planning, procurement and distribution of drugs. This objective of this research is applying a prediction model for drug supplies. The prediction model hoped can be a tool for supporting decision in drug stock management at Community Health Centers. The prediction model in this research was built using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. The dataset used is sourced from quarterly reports of drug supplies at the Koni Health Center Jambi for the period 2017 to 2021. The research results show that the Naïve Bayes Classifier can be used to build a prediction model for drug supplies. Evaluation of the prediction model shows an accuracy rate of 73.91%, a recall rate of 85.71% and a precision rate of 54.54%.
