Abstract

Perkembangan SI/TI mendukung berbagai aspek pendidikan, termasuk penelitian, melalui peningkatan efisiensi dan akurasi. Dua standar utama yang relevan untuk mendukung implementasi SI/TI adalah ISO 27001 dan COBIT 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara COBIT 2019 dan ISO 27001 terhadap implementasi ISO 21001 dalam konteks manajemen organisasi pendidikan tinggi. ISO 21001 berfokus pada standarisasi manajemen organisasi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi, sementara ISO 27001 dan COBIT 2019 relevan sebagai standar pendukung Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksploratif. Instrumen berupa kuesioner disebarkan kepada stakeholder di Departemen Teknik Komputer dan Teknik Informatika UNDIP. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS, meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan korelasi antar variabel melalui pendekatan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ISO 27001 memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap ISO 21001, dengan skor path coefficient positif sebesar 0.428. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan ISO 27001, semakin tinggi maturitas manajemen organisasi pendidikan berbasis ISO 21001. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa ISO 27001 memiliki keterkaitan signifikan dengan ISO 21001. Implementasi ISO 27001 dapat dilakukan secara efisien melalui pemilihan klausul yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan kebijakan untuk pengembangan standarisasi SI/TI yang mendukung penerapan ISO 21001 di pendidikan tinggi.

The development of Information Systems and Technology (IS/IT) supports various aspects of education, including research, by improving efficiency and accuracy. Two key standards relevant to supporting IS/IT implementation are ISO 27001 and COBIT 2019. This study aims to explore the relationship between COBIT 2019 and ISO 27001 in the implementation of ISO 21001 within the context of higher education organizational management. ISO 21001 focuses on the standardization of educational organization management to improve the quality of higher education, while ISO 27001 and COBIT 2019 are relevant as supporting standards for IS/IT. This study employs a quantitative approach with an exploratory design. Questionnaires were distributed to stakeholders in the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics at UNDIP. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS, encompassing validity and reliability testing, as well as variable correlation through the PLS-SEM approach. The results indicate that ISO 27001 has the greatest influence on ISO 21001, with a positive path coefficient score of 0.428. These findings suggest that the better the implementation of ISO 27001, the higher the maturity of organizational management in higher education based on ISO 21001. The study concludes that ISO 27001 is significantly correlated with ISO 21001. Its implementation can be carried out efficiently through the selection of relevant clauses. The findings are expected to serve as policy references for developing IS/IT standardization to support ISO 21001 implementation in higher education.
